Single room included an electric kettle, central heating, and a TV set. This was a comfortable location very close to the beach and Centre and the the attractions.

proximity to Tolcarne Beach, extensive outdoor relaxation areas, secure parking
Noise disturbances at night due to loud music disrupting sleep!!! The bathrooms are quite small!!! Some rooms suffer from poor soundproofing, allowing noise from neighbors to be quite bothersome!!!

Homely venue, pretty friendly and welcoming staff. The king room with modern decor, bath, as example. Fantastic and amazing breakfast with several options available for the start of the day.

Excellent value all round. Excellent hosts -- very helpful and the b&b was close to all amenities and sights. Very good value for money. Highly recommended for the budget traveller ... spotlessly clean!

Room very clean and tidy. B&B seems recently renovated. Possible to walk into town easily. Breakfast was good with lots of variety.
Owners had invited many friends to stay at the B&B as guests for the weekend. We felt as if we were "intruders" in someone's home rather than paying guests. All three nights were very noisy due to loud children & adults, exacerbated by thin walls, doors & floors. We are a young and easy going couple who are used to staying in all sorts of accommodation including hostels but this was very disappointing based on price and reputation. There is so much accommodation in Newquay (even over Easter weekend) that we would suggest just finding a good place when you arrive rather than booking in advance.

Alison and Glenn made us feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was very nice and everything was efficient. The bedroom was a good size and the on-suite facilities were good. There was private parking at no extra cost. The lodge was in a good location and shops and the beach were in walking distance.
We liked everything but if we were being picky - the bed was a little on the smalll side and was quite squeaky. The shower hose would not stay in the position you wanted it in and needed tightening up. The tv was very small in the room.

Chynoweth Lodge is an exceptionally pleasant and friendly bed and breakfast. I am not sure I have ever stayed at any place where the staff have made me feel so much like their personal guest. Lovely place.
